Certification is not a one-time event.

MonTechSys operates against a continuous audit posture. Platform events are logged to an immutable audit trail. Access is governed by role-based controls with per-action attestation. Compliance evidence is generated as an output of normal platform operation, not as a separate reporting layer.

Institutions licensing MonTechSys inherit this posture in their own deployment. The platform's audit and evidence generation is available to the institution's own compliance teams and to their external auditors.
